According to federal authorities, Torio Chaz Wiseman, who serves as head coach for both the high school and middle school football teams, is one of 20 individuals indicted in the multi-state operation. The FBI confirmed that more than a dozen Mississippi law enforcement officers were also implicated in the same investigation.
