Plainfield, CT — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 24-year-old Connecticut man who vanished after traveling to Long Island, New York, for a Halloween event. Authorities say his cellphone was later found at Grand Central Terminal in New York City.
The Plainfield Police Department identified the missing man as Lucien Dube, who was last seen early in the morning at a Long Island Rail Road station.

According to police, Dube attended a Halloween event in Merrick, New York, before disappearing in the early hours of the morning. He was last seen around 3:30 a.m. at a Long Island Rail Road station, though investigators have not confirmed the exact day he was last spotted.
“His cellphone was turned in at Grand Central in New York City,” police said in a public statement.
