Bullhead City, AZ — Authorities arrested three women on Thursday night after officers discovered approximately four pounds of methamphetamine hidden inside two vehicles traveling together from Las Vegas into Bullhead City, according to the Bullhead City Police Department.

The arrests occurred around 10:20 p.m. on U.S. Highway 95 as officers conducted traffic stops on a Chevrolet Silverado and a BMW that were entering Bullhead City.

Police said the stops were made based on information provided to the department. Officers from the Bullhead City Police Department’s COPS Unit initiated the stop after observing traffic violations.

According to authorities, Dara Sue Tristan, 46, of Fort Mohave, was driving the BMW, while April Nicole Jacobs, 38, of Dolan Springs, was behind the wheel of the Chevy pickup. Holly Armada Haworth, 45, of Fort Mohave, was a passenger in the truck.
