Creedmoor, NC – Authorities in Creedmoor, North Carolina, have arrested 10 individuals in connection with a large-scale undercover drug operation conducted jointly by the Creedmoor Police Department and the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) Division. Charges are currently pending for two additional suspects.
Major Seizures During the Investigation
The investigation led to significant seizures, including:
- More than half a kilogram of crack cocaine
- Three firearms, one of which was reported stolen
- Two vehicles
- Approximately $7,000 in cash
Law enforcement officials executed a search warrant on Park Avenue, just south of East Wilton Road, on Wednesday, as reported by WRAL.

- Paul Lamont Bullock, 51, of Stem – 21 felonies, 3 misdemeanors
- Christopher Ragland, 47, of Creedmoor – 23 felonies, 1 misdemeanor
- Fisher Scott Ford, 27, of Creedmoor – 2 felonies
- Savanna Tomeka Dunston, 42, of Creedmoor – 2 felonies
- Megan Whitney West, 32, of Raleigh – 4 felonies
- Steven Duane Shipley II, 45, of Creedmoor – 1 felony
- Kenneth Lee Schwartz, 40, of Franklinton – 5 felonies, 2 misdemeanors
- Sierra Mystique Cox, 28, of Creedmoor – 2 misdemeanors
- Phillip Blaine Clark, 34, of Raleigh – 1 misdemeanor
Two additional individuals currently have outstanding warrants:
- Travis Johnson, 23, of Timberlake – 6 felonies
- Marcus Lockett, 52, of Creedmoor – 1 felony
