EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, La. – Multiple members of the “Spider Nation” rap label have been arrested as part of a narcotics trafficking investigation, deputies confirmed. The operation targeted alleged drug activity within the Belaire neighborhood.
Investigation and Seizures
The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office (EBRSO) said that the investigation began after ATF agents contacted them in September regarding possible drug trafficking.
During the probe, agents conducted controlled purchases of fentanyl and methamphetamine and performed surveillance, identifying locations in Baton Rouge and Livingston Parish allegedly used by the group.
Warrants were executed on Tuesday, October 7, resulting in the seizure of:
- Fentanyl, methamphetamine, Alprazolam, cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, promethazine, Adderall
- Digital scales and thousands of dollars
- Several firearms
Arrested Individuals and Charges

The following suspects are facing charges:
- Kartez Mckneely, 33 – Distribution of fentanyl (3 counts), PWITD fentanyl, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, operation of clandestine fentanyl lab
- Chasity Banks, 31 – Illegal possession of firearms, possession of marijuana
- Tavion Moore, 26 – PWITD cocaine and marijuana, firearm violations, money laundering
- Joe Anderson, 31 – Distribution of methamphetamine (2 counts)
- Demaris Carter, 40 – Multiple PWITD charges including fentanyl, methamphetamine, Adderall, Alprazolam, marijuana; firearm violations; possession of drug paraphernalia
- Terence Robertson, 30 – Multiple PWITD narcotics, firearm violations, obstruction of justice, resisting an officer
- Quentiss Jackson, 32 – Multiple PWITD narcotics, firearm violations, obstruction of justice, resisting officer, battery, child endangerment, false imprisonment, violation of protective orders
- Jimmy Veals, 4 – Still at large; charged with distribution of methamphetamine and fentanyl
- Frederick Robertson, 34 – Still at large; charged with illegal carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon

Deputies said the arrests and seizures demonstrate their commitment to disrupting drug trafficking networks in East Baton Rouge Parish. Authorities continue to pursue the suspects who remain at large as per WAFB.
