West Fargo, ND – Two individuals were arrested after police seized more than five grams of fentanyl, 14 M30 pills, and drug paraphernalia from a vehicle in West Fargo, authorities report.
Traffic Stop Leads to Major Drug Seizure
As per reports, the incident occurred on Monday, September 22, when officers pulled over a vehicle in the area of Second Street and 9 ½ Avenue West around 10:30 p.m. During the stop, authorities discovered the illicit substances, including tinfoil containing burnt residue, which is commonly associated with drug use.
Suspects Face Multiple Felony Charges
- Bryan Paridon, 36, the driver, who currently does not have a permanent address, was charged with:
- Possession of fentanyl
- Possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Marguerite Nelson, 41, of Fargo, the passenger, was arrested on suspicion of:
- Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
All charges are classified as felonies, according to law enforcement officials.
