Madbury, NH — Authorities have identified four members of a Madbury family who were tragically found dead inside their home Monday night in what is being investigated as a potential murder-suicide.

Authorities Respond to 911 Call

According to New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella, state troopers responded to a 911 call at 8:21 p.m. on Monday from a home on Moharimet Drive. The caller reported that several people were dead inside the residence.

Upon arrival, authorities found four family members dead at the scene. The victims have been identified as Emily Long, 34, Ryan Long, 48, Parker Long, 8, and Ryan Long Jr., 6.

“At this time, detectives are investigating this event as a potential murder-suicide,” the Attorney General’s office stated in a news release (source).

Third Child Found Alive

In a remarkable turn, a third child, a toddler, was found alive at the scene. Authorities confirmed that the child suffered no physical injuries.
