Newkirk, OK — Authorities have arrested two men in Kansas after they allegedly kidnapped a woman from an Oklahoma casino and sexually assaulted her.

The incident unfolded on Sunday, August 17, when Arkansas City Police responded to a reported kidnapping at 1:20 a.m. According to the police report, officers located the vehicle involved in the alleged crime and found two male suspects and one female. The woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, told officers that she had been taken against her will from the First Council Casino in Newkirk, Oklahoma.
“She told the officers she had been sexually assaulted by both males,” according to the Arkansas City Police Department.
Victim Receives Immediate Medical Attention
The victim was treated by the Arkansas City Fire and EMS Department on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care. Her condition has not been made public.
Suspects Arrested and Charged
The two suspects, Luis Miguel Dominguez, 35, and Jose Fernando-Lux Morales, 24, both of Arkansas City, Kansas, were arrested shortly after the victim was located.
- Morales is facing aggravated kidnapping charges and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
- Dominguez is charged with rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, and aggravated kidnapping. He is being held on a $1,000,000 bond.
Additionally, Dominguez is currently on immigration hold under the authority of the Department of Homeland Security.
