Lyons, New York – A Wayne County man is facing multiple criminal charges after a drug investigation led deputies to execute search warrants at multiple homes in Lyons, New York, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
Tips Lead Deputies to Suspected Drug Activity
Authorities say the investigation began after deputies received several tips from the public regarding a residence on Church Street, reportedly being used as a drug house. Detectives identified the individual supplying the home and obtained search warrants for both the Church Street property and a residence on Water Street.
Crack Cocaine and Weapons Recovered
During the searches, deputies recovered over an ounce of crack cocaine and several handguns, including one firearm confirmed stolen. Officials emphasized that the seizure was part of an ongoing effort to combat illegal drugs and firearms in Wayne County.
Antwan Terry Faces Multiple Charges
Antwan Terry, a resident of Lyons, was taken into custody on Friday and faces an array of serious charges, including:
- 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance
- 8 counts of criminal possession of a weapon
- Defacing the identity of a firearm
- Criminal possession of stolen property
Additional charges are reportedly pending as the investigation continues.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office stressed that the arrests are the result of community tips and coordinated law enforcement efforts. Authorities continue to investigate and urge anyone with additional information to come forward.
