Keizer, Oregon – Authorities have arrested three young adults in connection with a robbery and shooting that left a 20-year-old Keizer resident hospitalized in late October, according to the Keizer Police Department. The arrests come after weeks of investigation that traced the suspects to Eugene, Oregon.
Victim Escapes After Shooting
Police report that the victim ran to neighbors for help after being shot and robbed at his apartment on McGee Court Northeast on Friday, October 24, 2025, around 9:40 p.m. The attackers reportedly took the victim’s guns and other personal belongings before fleeing.
The 20-year-old man survived the ordeal and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities confirmed that the attack was targeted, prompting a thorough investigation by local law enforcement.
Investigation Leads to Eugene
Detectives worked the case for several weeks, gathering evidence and tracking the suspects to Eugene, Oregon. On Friday, December 12, 2025, coordinated efforts by law enforcement from Salem, Keizer, and Eugene led to the arrests of all three suspects at separate locations. Authorities also seized a firearm during the operation.
Suspects Identified
The suspects were identified as:
- Daniel Tijerina, 20, Eugene
- Romera Luna, 20, Eugene
- Franki Salyers-Livingston, 19, Eugene
All three are currently held in Marion County.
Charges Filed
Each suspect faces multiple charges, including:
- Attempted murder
- First-degree robbery
- Unlawful use of a weapon
- Menacing
Additionally, Salyers-Livingston faces a first-degree assault charge.
