At 2:24 a.m., a 52-year-old man walking in the 4100 block of W. 26th Street was approached by multiple suspects who brandished a gun, struck him on the head, and took his belongings.
Shortly after, at 2:27 a.m., a 31-year-old man in the 2800 block of S. Komensky was struck in the back of the head before being robbed.
The final incident occurred at 2:34 a.m. in the 2700 block of S. St. Louis Avenue, when a 34-year-old man was forced into a car at gunpoint. The suspects drove to several ATMs and successfully withdrew cash using the victim’s phone. They also stole his personal items before leaving him inside the vehicle. The victim later flagged down a police officer to report the crime.
