According to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office, Jacob Marcum, 22, and Lydia Wright, 21, were arrested and indicted for endangering children after a social worker reported a suspected non-accidental injury at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital on Oct. 16.

Deputies said officers interviewed the child’s parents at the hospital. Both Marcum and Wright denied knowing about the injury and claimed they were the only adults at home when it occurred.
