Investigators reported that a 2004 Toyota Corolla, driven by Mena-Rivas, was traveling southbound on Reisterstown Road when it struck a 2020 Lexus RX350. The Lexus was making a left turn from the westbound exit ramp of I-695 at the time of the collision.
