Asheboro, NC – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 7-year-old boy in Asheboro, North Carolina.

According to a press release, Liam A. King, age 7, was reported missing on Sunday in the area of Forest Hills Drive.

Description of Missing Child

Authorities say Liam is:

  • 3 feet, 5 inches tall
  • 55 pounds
  • Has shoulder-length brown/black hair and brown eyes

He was last seen wearing:

  • A light blue, black, and gray Nike sweatshirt
  • A gray Nike t-shirt
  • Black sweatpants
  • Blue Sonic socks
  • Tan tennis shoes

Police: Child Has Cognitive Impairments

Deputies say Liam suffers from cognitive impairments, is non-verbal, and may run if approached. Officials believe he left the area on foot as per reports.
