The chase began when a North Dakota State Trooper observed a westbound vehicle on Highway 2 at Mile Marker 330 with a suspended registration and several traffic violations.
The driver, later identified as 42-year-old Danielle Reinhardt of Grand Forks, failed to yield to emergency lights and continued westbound at speeds up to 95 mph, troopers said.
