Town of Bethel CT Designated a ‘Heart Safe Community’ Reports Bethel Office of Emergency Management
Message from Bethel Office of Emergency Management:
The Town Of Bethel – CT continues to be designated a “Heart Safe Community”! Thanks to the continued support of Bethel Fire & EMS , Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Company, Bethel Police Department Bethel Parks and Recreation, WCHN/Bethel Paramedics, Bethel Public Schools as well as other town and private agencies.

This recognizes the Town’s commitment to providing improved cardiac response and care to the residents & visitors of Bethel utilizing the “Chain of Survival” of early 9-1-1 access, CPR, defibrillation, and advanced care.
Many town and School employees are trained in CPR/AED and most town buildings and schools have automatic defibrillators available in the event of an emergency.
