In support of “Shop Small Saturday” in Bethel, “Run Santa Run!” will join with the Bethel Chamber of Commerce in presenting a 5K Road Race that will take place on Nov. 29, 2014. A Santa’s Village Marketplace will be setup inside the Bethel Municipal Center to kick off holiday shopping. Santa will be visiting and you can have a photo taken with Santa!
The event will raise funds for Masonicare, a non-profit organization that provides healthcare and retirement living communities for CT seniors, as well as the development of a Bethel community website.
The 5k run/walk will be starting at 9:00 am from Bethel’s Municipal Center located at 1 School Street in Bethel, CT.
Over 500 participants are expected to be running Bethel’s streets dressed as Santa and Elves all running to raise funds for the cause.
