Support Our Veterans, Purchase a Memorial Flag from the Bethel Women’s Club

Spotted This Week in Bethel, CT (see photo above) was Bonnie Clark, of the Bethel Women’s Club, who is Chairman of “Flags on the Green.” She was in front of the Central Package Liquor Store in Dolan Plaza, Bethel, CT, with her grandson Ryan Todd, selling flags to honor veterans.
Flags may be purchased to honor any current or former members of the military or you may salute all military who have served. Flags are be personalized with a message by you, that will be displayed with the flag, flags selling for $10 each, and flags will be placed on the CJH Municipal lawn for Memorial Day and will be displayed from May 8th to June 19, 2017. Proceeds to benefit various Connecticut Veterans’ causes. (Offered by Bethel Woman’s Club GFWC member of GFWC/CT.)
Chairman Clark said they will be there tomorrow (Saturday, April 22) so be sure to stop by and purchase a flag. (You get to keep the flag and sentiment after the event is over. If you wish to keep your flag you must pick it up on June 19th.)
