“When will Senator Blumenthal embrace bottom-up economic solutions that grow Connecticut’s economy, rather than top-down where Dan Malloy and power brokers in Washington decide who wins and loses?” Carter asked.
“This is yet another instance of Senator Blumenthal paying nothing more than lip service to give voters the impression he’s doing something, when the reality is he’s doing nothing,” Carter concluded.
