New ‘CVS Express’ App Allows You to Place Online Orders and Pick Up Locally in One Hour

“Hands full? We’ll hand it to you. Try CVS Express.” It’s the fast, FREE curbside pickup service now available through the CVS Pharmacy® app.*
Place Your Order: Tap CVS Express in the CVS Pharmacy app and choose from 1000s of products.
Go to CVS: They’ll gather your order and let you know it’s ready, usually in about an hour.
Pick Up and Go: Park in the CVS Express spot and we’ll bring your order right to your car.*

To get started, open the CVS Pharmacy app and tap the CVS Express feature. Choose a pickup store and shop. The first time you visit, you’ll also create a CVS Express account and link your ExtraCare® card.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will weekly ad pricing apply to my CVS Express Order?
Yes, if you include your ExtraCare® card when you create your CVS Express account. While weekly ad pricing is not currently part of the CVS Express shopping experience, you’ll receive the weekly ad sale price in effect when your credit or debit card is charged.
Why do I need Location Services and Push Notifications turned on?
Enabling this functionality allows CVS Express to send you status updates, ensure accurate order information and enable pickup.
What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?
You’ll receive a text message to review and confirm your order if there’s a problem with it. You’ll then be able to review your order, select any replacement items for items that may be out of stock or cancel your order.
Can I make changes to my order after I place it?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order has been placed. To check order status, visit the CVS Express order history section in the app.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Because orders are gathered so quickly after they’re placed, you won’t be able to cancel a confirmed order through the app. You also can return items in your order within 60 days with a valid receipt or by showing your CVS Express order history.
How will I know my order is ready for pickup?
You’ll receive an email and a text message.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
After 48 hours, we will cancel your order and return the products to our shelves. The pending authorization placed on your credit card when you ordered will be released when the order is canceled. Please allow up to 10 days for the pending charge to be removed from your card.
How am I charged?
We accept both credit and debit cards. Although you may see a charge authorization before you come to the store, your card will be charged when you pick up your order. The charge will be processed by CURBSIDE CVS EXPRSS. If you cancel your order, please allow up to 10 days for the pending charge to be removed from your card.
Can I return my CVS Express order?
Yes. You can bring your order back to the store up to 60 days after your order is ready for pickup. Just show your receipt or CVS Express order history.
Where is CVS Express available?
Currently, CVS Express is available in select markets. We will expand this service throughout the year. Use the CVS Express store finder in the app to check if the service is available in your area.
