Join us on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the First Congregational Church of Bethel, on the front lawn for a Blessing of the Animals service!

Blessing of the Animals at First Congregational Church of Bethel, Oct. 2nd

WHEN: Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00p.m.

WHERE: First Congregational Church of Bethel, 46 Main Street, Bethel CT

Join us on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the First Congregational Church of Bethel, on the front lawn for a Blessing of the Animals service!

All animals and their humans are welcome! There will be giveaways for pets, refreshments for humans, and a representative of DAWS will be there to speak and answer questions. DAWS will also have some adorable, adoptable dogs to meet!

Please bring animals on leashes and in carriers. If you cannot bring your animal, please bring a photo or stuffed animal for a blessing.

FCCB is kindly supporting DAWS with a monetary and in-kind donation drive. Right now, some of the most needed items for the animals at our shelter include:
Paper towels
Laundry detergent
Bleach
6 inch paper plates
Distilled water
Dish detergent
Hand soap
Canned food (wet) for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens
