…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON…

* WHAT…Snow. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected,
with locally up to 6 inches across interior southwest
Connecticut. Snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour possible.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut
and southeast New York.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions,
including during the morning commute. Expect reduced
visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. Check
local Department of Transportation information services for the
latest road conditions.
