Bethel Public Schools Health Services ALERT: Recall of Epi-Pens

ALERT to all parents/students who have an Epi-Pen:

There has been a recent recall of certain Epi-Pens. The lot numbers that have been recalled is listed below.

The school nurses have checked all Epi-Pens in the school and have been in contact with the parents.

I recommend that anyone who has an Epi-pen at home or self-carry, check the lot numbers listed below.

If you should have an Epi-Pen that has been recalled, call the Mylan company at 800- 796-9526 for replacement.
