* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
up to 2 inches, with localized amounts up to 5 inches across the
extreme northern portions of Fairfield and New Haven counties.
Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut
and southeast New York.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM EST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The snow and ice will result in difficult
travel conditions. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
