Amber Alert: 7-Year-Old Missing in Trumbull, White 2015 Ford Transit Cargo Van, Plate C04037

Ariel Revello, 7, of Trumbull is missing as of Saturday.

He was last seen wearing gray and blue pajamas, grey sweatshirt, olive green puffy jacket and blue crocs. He has brown hair, brown eyes and weighs 75 pounds.

Possibly in a white 2015 Ford Transit cargo van with the combination plate C040379.

State police believe he may have been abducted by a family member.

UPDATE SUSPECT INFO., 11:29AM March 12, 2016

Above photo is of the father, Rovolo Revello, 43, who Trumbull Police say abducted his 7-year-old son Ariel Revello after a violent domestic argument with his estranged wife in the early morning hours of March 12, 2016.

According to Fox61News, Rovolo Revello broke into his estranged wife’s house and attacked her at 4:30AM, police said. He got a knife from the kitchen but his stepson disarmed him.  The wife jumped out a window and hid outside.  Revello stole a few thousand dollars of cash and some jewelry.

The wife was brought to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and expected to be okay.

Police are looking for Ariel Revello, for whom the amber alert was issued, a white male, 7 years old, 4’8″ tall, 75 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue and grey pajamas, a grey sweatshirt, an olive green puffy jacket, and blue Croc shoes.

UPDATE, 2:35PM March 12, 2016:

The FBI is involved in the search for Ariel Revello who was taken by his father this morning during a violent altercation with his estranged wife, the boy’s mother. During  press conference held today it was revealed that Ariel’s mother had an active restraining order against Rodolfo Revello, the man who broke in and assaulted her today in her home on Unity Road.

Rodolfo is described as a Hispanic male, bald with brown eyes, about 5’9″ and weighs 190 pounds.  Rodolfo Revello has criminal charges in Connecticut as well as federal.

Police believe Rodolfo may be heading towards Bronx, N.Y. at this time.

Trumbull Police Lt. Leonard Scinto confirmed that there is still an active Amber Alert out for Ariel Revello.

UPDATE 7:15AM EDT March 13, 2016: FOUND!

According to the report from the Hartford Courant,

The incident triggered an Amber Alert that was canceled at about 6:30 p.m. after police found the boy, identified as Ariel Revello, in Queens, N.Y.Trumbull police said in an email late Saturday that the father, Rodolfo Revello, 43, called Trumbull police shortly after 5 p.m. and said he was “leaving his son, Ariel, with a relative.” New York police then went to the relative’s home and retrieved the boy who was “safe and unharmed,” the Trumbull police email said. Police said the boy was reunited with his mother Saturday night.

The missing boy was found in the relative’s home in Jamaica.  Police are still searching for the father, Rovolo Revella.
